Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (S$) by default as MoRe is based in Singapore.
Do look for the currency conversion feature on the left column of the website for conversions to other currencies. The currencies available may be updated from time to time if there’s a strong demand for the currency.

Can I order from outside Singapore?

Yes of course!
For Malaysia customers, you can make payment via PayPal, Internet banking or ATM fund transfer. Please select Malaysian Ringgit using the currency conversion feature on the left column of the website when shopping and checking out. You get to enjoy the same shipping rates as Singapore customers.
For international customers (other than from Malaysia), you can pay via Paypal. Please contact us with the estimated shipping weight (you can find this in your shopping cart) to determine the shipping rates.

Do you accept phone or mail orders?

Currently we do not accept phone or mail orders. One reason why we can offer you great deals is that we do not employ telephone support staff on standby.

How can I check my order status and order history?

Simply log on to your MoRe account to check your order status and order history. In addition, you will receive email updates on your order status when your order is processed, prepared and shipped.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

If the item you want is not shown on the website, it is no longer available. As items can get sold out occasionally, please complete your purchase asap to avoid any disappointment.

What if the item runs out of stock?

Occasionally, high demand causes certain items to run out. If the item you have ordered has been sold out, you will receive shopping credits so that you can order other items or get cash refund.

Can I adjust or modify my order?

Your order is final once it has been processed (i.e. once invoice and payment are in).
If you've made a mistake or wish to make changes, do email us asap and we will try our best to help you.

Can I reserve an item?

To be fair to all customers, we do not take reservations. Please make payment as soon as possible to secure the items you want.

Do you have a physical shop?
|

We do not have a physical shop and cost savings are passed on to you in the form of great deals. All our items can be viewed at MinistryofRetail.com.
Often, the disadvantage of online shopping is that decisions are based on the pictures alone, without being able to see or feel the items before buying.
Wouldn’t it be great if you can combine the convenience of online shopping yet be able to see, try and feel the items before deciding to buy them?

Can I do a meet-up or self-collection?

We currently only provide standard and insured shipping so that you can receive your items faster.

Your purchases from MoRe will take approximately 14 days to ship after the order has been processed. Actual shipping time depends on your location and delivery method.
Please place your order in advance to avoid disappointment. For those special occasions, it is always good to prepare in advance so that you can enjoy that special occasion with peace of mind.

How do I know what size to choose?

Please refer to the measurements provided on the product page and compare it against your clothing.
Every item is different just as every body type is unique. Hence, please use your experience to determine the best fit. Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements which are taken around the specified area. Please note that there may be a slight difference (+/- 2 cm) from the measurements stated.
