What currency are you using? Where are you based?

You can pay in either Singapore dollars (S$), Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or US dollars (US$).
Do look for the currency conversion feature on the top left section of the website for conversions to other currencies. The currencies available may be updated from time to time if there’s a strong demand for the currency.
Ministry of Retail is an online store based in Singapore (ships internationally).

Can I order from outside Singapore?

Yes, of course!
For Malaysia customers, you can make payment via PayPal (in S$ only), Internet banking or ATM fund transfer via Maybank. You get to enjoy the same shipping rates as Singapore customers.
For international customers (other than from Malaysia), you can pay via Paypal (in S$ or US$). Do refer to the shipping section for shipping rates to your country. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.

How can I check my order status and order history?
|

Simply log on to your MOR account to check your order status and order history. In addition, you will receive email updates on your order status when your order is processed and shipped respectively.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
|
|
If the item you want is not shown on the website, it is no longer available. As items can get sold out occasionally, please complete your purchase asap to avoid any disappointment.

What if the item runs out of stock?
|
|
If the item you have ordered has sold out, you can opt for a refund in web credits (MOR shopping credits) or a cash refund.
Occasionally, we may restock certain sold out designs. Do contact us with the item name (size/colour, if any).

Can I adjust or modify my order?
|
|
Your order is final once it has been processed (i.e. once invoice and payment are in).
If you've made a mistake or wish to make changes, do contact us asap and we will do our best to help you.

Can I reserve an item?
|
|
To be fair to all customers, we do not take reservations. Please make payment as soon as possible to secure the items you want.

Do you have a physical shop?
|
|
We do not have any physical shore at the moment. If you want to view our items, you may wish to contact us to arrange for an appointment with our friendly customer service officers.

Can I do a self-collection?
|
|
If you wish to receive your items fast, one way is to opt for insured shipping (next-day courier). If you wish to do a self-collection, please contact us (quote your order number).

Urgent! I need this dress by tomorrow, is it possible?

Do contact us with the item name and specifications (colour or size, if any). While most items from MOR have to be specially imported from overseas (may take up to 14 days), we do stock on some designs from time to time.

How do I know what size to choose?
|
|
To assist you in sizing selection, measurements are provided on the product page for you to compare against your clothing's measurement.
Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements which are taken around the specified area. Please note that there may be a slight difference (+/- 2 cm) from the measurements stated.
Every item is different just as every body type is unique. Feel free to contact us if you need help with sizing.
