In this mini guide, we will walk you through the ordering process at Ministry of Retail.

#1 Adding Items to Shopping Cart

Browse through the collections and click on any product picture that interests you to enter the product page to see more pictures, descriptions and measurements.

If you’d like to KIV any item, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Cart" icon (as shown below) on the top right or bottom right hand side of the product page.

You can always edit the items in your shopping cart later (remember to click on if you want to change the quantity).

Click on to go back to where you left off.

#2 Signing Up for an Account

If you’d like to purchase the items in your cart, you’d need to sign in to your account.

If you haven’t got a MoRe account yet, please sign up for one now!

#3 Checking Out

Once you are ready to get your hands on the items in your shopping cart, click on

#4 Shipping

Select the address that you want to ship to for this order. (Note: If you’d like to ship the items to your friends as gifts, you can also store their addresses in your address book.)

Review the shipping address (make sure it's correct!) and recipient's name.

Select the desired shipping method and click on . (Note: Check out the Shipping section to see which shipping method suits you best.)

#5 Making Payment

Select your preferred payment method. (Note: Check out the Payment section to see which payment method suits you best.)

If you have a coupon code, remember to enter it at this step.

If you have shipping and/or shopping credits, select the one you’d like to use for your items and shipping.

#6 Review of Order

Review your order and ensure that the shipping address, shipping method, payment method, items and item sizes/colours (if any) are correct.

When you are happy with your order, click on .

Congratulations! Your order has been placed successfully. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. The details of the order, including the payment instructions, can also be found in the e-mail.

Please make payment within 48 hours or the invoice may expire.

After you have made payment, please log in to your MoRe account and enter the required payment information.

Note: Your order will only be processed after you have made payment. This is to ensure fairness in allocating the items in times of low stock levels or high demand.

Your payment will be verified within 48 hours. Once your payment has been verified, we will process your order immediately. You will then receive an email informing you that your order has been processed.

#7 Delivery

After your order has been processed, we will prepare your order as soon as possible. Your order will take about 14 days to be shipped to you. Actual shipping time may vary depending on your shipping method and location.
