At Ministry of Retail, we want you to be a happy and satisfied customer. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a refund.

Exclusion(s):
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

#1 How to make a return?

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all parts and accessories. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition (accessories must be intact) within 7 days to ensure refund.

2. Please print out the return form, fill in the necessary information and attach it with the return package. Otherwise, it will delay the processing of refunds.

3. Send the return package to the following address:

- You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) less shipping and handling fees.
- Item has to be in its original, unworn condition (accessories, if any, has to be intact).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Cash-on-delivery shipping methods are not accepted.
- It is recommended that you use insured shipping or registered mail for your return so you can monitor the delivery status of the item.
- You can expect a refund in shopping credits within 14 days of our receipt of the returned order. Please contact us if you’d like to convert the shopping credits into cash, upon receiving the shopping credits.

#2 What if I want to make an exchange?

If you wish to do an exchange within 7 days (i.e. after you return your item, you wish to get a new design instead of a refund), you are advised to place an order and make payment for the new item first to avoid the item becoming out of stock.

Once we receive your return, we will refund you for the return item. This way, you can get the item you want faster, without delay.

In the rare event that you receive a wrong item (wrong design/colour/size), please contact us within 7 days.
