Your satisfaction is important to us. As such, we are proud to be the 1st online apparel store in Singapore to offer an easy and hassle-free return policy.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and request for an exchange to a different specification (colour/size) or even to a different design. If you wish to keep the credits for future purchase, you can opt for a refund in web credits (MOR shopping credits) that comes with no expiry date.
Exclusion(s): - Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

#1 How to make a return?
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (in the individual clear plastic provided). All parts and accessories must be included. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition (accessories must be intact) within 7 days.
2. Print out the Return Request Form, fill in the necessary information and enclose it with the return item(s). Otherwise, the processing of refunds will be delayed.
3. Using a shipping method that allows tracking and re-delivery (e.g. Ta-Q-Bin courier or Singpost registered mail), send the return package to the following address:

Note:
- Item must be returned in original condition (cannot be worn/washed/ironed etc).
- Ministry of Retail will not be held responsible should the return mail be lost in transit. Hence, it is recommended that you use registered mail or courier for your return so that you can monitor the delivery status of the item.
- All accessories and original parts must be included otherwise they will be pro-rated accordingly.
- You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refund is only available in the form of web credits (MOR shopping credits) and will be processed within 1 working day of our receipt of the return package.

#2 What if I want to make an exchange?
If you wish to make an exchange within 7 days (i.e. after you return your item, you wish to get a different colour/size or a new design), please place a new order and in the return form, please tick 'exchange to' and indicate the order number.
Once we receive your return, we will offset the purchase price of the return item against your new invoice.
Alternatively, if you need more time to decide on the new order, you can select 'MOR shopping credits'. Once we have received your return package, we will credit your account with MOR shopping credits and you can use these credits to offset against the value of your new invoice.

In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 7 days. Please let us know the issue, attach any relevant pictures (in .jpg format) and we will assist you as soon as possible.
