At Ministry of Retail, we want you to be a happy and satisfied customer. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and request for a refund.
Exclusion(s): - Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
#1How to make a return?
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (in the individual clear plastic provided). All parts and accessories must be included. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition (accessories must be intact) within 7 days.
2. Please print out the Return Request Form, fill in the necessary information and enclose it with the return item(s). Otherwise, the processing of refunds will be delayed.
3. Send the return package to the following address:

Note: - Item tag must be intact.
- Item must be returned in original condition (cannot be worn/washed/ironed etc).
- Ministry of Retail will not be held responsible should the return mail be lost in transit hence it is recommended that you use courier or registered mail for your return so that you can monitor the delivery status of the item.
- All accessories and original parts must be included otherwise they will be pro-rated accordingly.
- You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase), shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- You can expect a refund in MoRe shopping credits within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item.
#2What if I want to make an exchange?
If you wish to do an exchange within 7 days (i.e. after you return your item, you wish to get a new design instead of a refund), please place a new order and in the return form, please tick 'exchange to' and indicate the order number.
Once we receive your return, we will offset the purchase price of the return item against your new invoice.
Alternatively, you can check against 'MoRe shopping credits'. Once we have received your return package, we will credit your account with shopping credits and you can use these credits to offset against the value of your new invoice.
In the rare event that you receive a wrong item (wrong design/colour/size), please contact us within 7 days.
