Shipping to Singapore
The shipping methods for Singapore are described below. If you're wondering exactly how much you have to pay for shipping, simply add items into your shopping bag and the charges will be calculated for you at checkout. All shipping methods are FREE for orders above S$100. Furthermore, return shipping is also FREE if you find that something you bought does not fit you and wish to return it. (In other words, there's no risk in shopping with us!)

Courier
Highly Recommended - Opt for courier for peace of mind! Orders shipped via courier are insured and trackable. You will be informed via e-mail when your order is being shipped so you can track your order.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep so someone needs to be there to receive it. If nobody is there to receive the parcel, you can arrange for re-delivery (to a different address even!) If your parcel remains undelivered for some time, the courier company may contact you. Do update your contact number in your MOR account if you are opting for this shipping method!

SingPost Normal Mail
SingPost normal mail is the most basic shipping method as there are no insurance or tracking options. This mode is commonly chosen for lower-value orders.
Your parcel will be dropped straight into your mailbox unless it is too bulky.

Most items on Ministry of Retail are on pre-order. Hence, it may take about 2 weeks to prepare and ship your order. You will receive e-mail notifications when your order has been processed and subsequently shipped. You can also check your order status through your MOR account.
