#1 Shipping within Singapore

a) Standard Shipping

Standard shipping (commonly known as SingPost normal mail) is the cheapest and most basic shipping method as there are no insurance or tracking options. This mode is commonly chosen for lower-value items.

As your items will be dropped straight into the mailbox, you don't have to worry about whether there's anybody there to receive the items from the postman.

b) Insured Shipping

Opt for insured shipping method for peace of mind. Items shipped via this mode will be delivered to your doorstep. For a few dollars more, registered shipping offers insurance and tracking options.

You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can check the status of the parcel easily.

As this shipping method is signature-required, someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive the items from the courier. Do ensure someone will be there during the delivery hours or choose the Extended-Hours Insured Shipping method (described below) for delivery after normal office hours. You will be informed via email when your order is being shipped, so you can make the necessary arrangements.

But don't worry. If nobody is there to receive the mail, the courier will leave a notice for you or call you to re-arrange the delivery. Hence, do remember to update your contact number in your MOR account if you are opting for this shipping method!

c) Extended-Hours Insured Shipping

As the name suggests, this shipping mode is a form of insured shipping (comes with tracking and insurance) which allows extended delivery past the usual delivery hours and office hours! Items will be delivered to your doorstep and the best part is that delivery can even be made till 10pm on weekdays, weekends and even public holidays!

By default, the delivery timing will be 8pm-10pm. If you wish to change the delivery timing, just call the courier company and request for a change of delivery timing (information will be provided in the email when your order has been shipped).

#2 Shipping within Malaysia

Pos Laju

Pos Laju is equivalent to the insured shipping method. Items shipped via this mode will be delivered to your doorstep and comes with insurance and tracking facilities.

You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can check the status of the parcel easily.

As this shipping method is signature-required, someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive the items from the courier. The postman may call you if they are unable to locate your address so please update your contact number in your MOR account.

If nobody is there to receive the mail, the courier will leave a notice for you to arrange for redelivery or collection of the parcel.

Malaysian Shipping Costs

#3 Shipping elsewhere

Registered Air Mail

All international orders will be shipped via registered airmail. Tracking and insurance are available for this shipping method.

A Registered Article (RA) number will be provided and you can check the status of the parcel easily.

Once the status is reflected as 'dispatched for overseas', items will be passed to your local post office for delivery within your country.

As this shipping method is signature-required, someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive the items from the postman during the delivery hours.

If you do not receive your order within 6 working days after your order has been shipped, do contact your local post office and quote the RA number to check on the status of your order or contact us for assistance.
