Express Airmail
Recommended - Receive your order faster when you opt for Express Airmail! Orders shipped via this method are trackable. You will be informed via e-mail when your order is being shipped so you can track your order.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep so someone needs to be there to receive it. If nobody is there to receive the parcel, you can arrange for re-delivery. If your parcel remains undelivered for some time, the courier company may contact you. Do update your contact number in your MOR account!

Standard Airmail
Orders shipped via Standard Airmail are trackable. You will be informed via e-mail when your order is being shipped so you can track your order.

Order Lead Time
Most items on Ministry of Retail are on pre-order. Hence, it may take about 2 weeks to prepare and ship your order. You will receive e-mail notifications when your order has been processed and subsequently shipped. You can also check your order status through your MOR account.
Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Ministry of Retail ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
