Standard Airmail
Orders shipped via Standard Airmail are trackable. You will be informed via e-mail when your order is being shipped so you can track your order.

Most items on Ministry of Retail are on pre-order. Hence, it may take about 2 weeks to prepare and ship your order. You will receive e-mail notifications when your order has been processed and subsequently shipped. You can also check your order status through your MOR account.
Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Ministry of Retail ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
