For orders shipped to United States, returns are valid within 30 days of the order's shipped date.
When you return any item purchased from us, you will receive store credit in your account for the returned item. Store credit can be used to make another purchase within 90 days.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return it first. After the store credit from your return is issued to you, you can use it to purchase the product you wish to exchange for.
Please note that some products (e.g. earrings, intimates and bags) are not eligible for returns. Sale items can be returned and exchanged only for other sale items.
To make a return:
- Sign in to your account and from your list of orders, select the order you wish to return by clicking on the "Return" button.
- Fill in the necessary information for the return.
- Further instructions for the return will be provided after you submit the form.
- For your return to be valid, item(s) must be returned within the 30 days deadline. Late returns will be duly declined.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition (cannot be worn, ironed, altered, or washed, etc.)
- All original parts and accessories must be included.
- Please pack the return item(s) securely. You may re-use the original packaging.
- You will be refunded the purchase amount for the returned item(s) (at time of purchase) in the form of store credit or return credit (in the case of sale items). Any discount, reward point, or promotion will be pro-rated or deducted accordingly.
- Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund value if the order becomes ineligible for free shipping after the return of item(s).
- Discounts from any voucher used will be deducted from the refund value if the order becomes ineligible for the voucher after the return of item(s). The voucher will be returned to you and can still be used for a new order.
- Store/Return credit issued will expire in 90 days.
- Return shipping costs will not be borne by Ministry of Retail.
- Ministry of Retail will not be liable for any lost return parcel should it be sent via a shipping method without tracking information. Hence, it is recommended that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number so that you can track where the parcel is.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive them.
In the rare event where you receive an incorrect product, colour, size, or a defective item, please contact us with pictures (in .jpg format) and we will assist you as soon as possible.
