Shipping to Germany

The shipping methods for Germany are described below. If you're wondering exactly how much to pay for shipping, simply add items into your shopping bag and the charges will be calculated for you at checkout.

If your order contains one or more pre-order items, there will be an order lead time of up to 3 weeks regardless of shipping method.

  1. Express Airmail

If your parcel remains undelivered for some time, the courier company may contact you. Do update your contact number in your account.

Orders shipped via Express Airmail are insured and trackable. You will be informed via email when your order is being shipped so you can track your order.

Customs & Import Duties

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Ministry of Retail ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
